Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vatoto.live, we strive to offer high-quality online learning experiences to children and families around the world. In order to ensure fairness and transparency while maintaining the integrity of our programs, this Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which a refund or course transfer may be requested.

1. General Policy Overview

Refunds are not provided automatically and are subject to detailed conditions based on the type of program (Private Class or Group Class). Once a student is enrolled, resources including teaching, coordination, scheduling, and access to digital content are committed. Therefore, all refund decisions are made carefully, keeping in mind both the family’s expectations and the operational investments already made.

2. Private (One-on-One) Classes

2.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 calendar days course enrolment.
  • This policy applies only to courses with24 or more scheduled sessions.
  • Refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis calculated from the remaining number of sessions at the time of request.

2.2 Refund Calculation

  • Pro-rata Basis: If a student has completed X out of Y sessions, the refundable amount is calculated for (Y-X) sessions.
  • Applicable Taxes: All refunds will be exclusive of 18% GST (or any applicable taxes), which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Discount Adjustments: If a discount or promotional offer was applied at the time of enrolment, the same discount will be proportionally reversed during refund processing.
  • Administrative Charges: An operational/administrative fee of 10% of the pro-rata amount or USD 199 (whichever is higher) will be deducted before the refund is issued.

2.3 Exceptions and Ineligibility

  • Refunds will not be considered for programs with fewer than 24 sessions.
  • Refunds will not apply if the 30-day period post-enrolment has passed.

2.4 Course Transfers

  • If a parent is dissatisfied with a specific class or schedule but would like to continue with Vatoto.live, we offer the option to transfer the student to another equivalent or suitable program .
  • In case of course transfer within the same payment cycle,no administrative charges will be deducted.
  • If the new program has a different fee, the difference will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Group Classes

3.1 No Refund Policy

  • Enrolments in Group Classes are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • However, parents may request to reschedule to another batch or transfer to a different group program based on availability.
  • Vatoto.live will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests involving scheduling issues or teacher reassignment.

4. Additional Notes

  • Partial Attendance or Irregular Participation does not entitle a participant to a refund.
  • Refunds, where approved, are processed within 15 business days from the date of confirmation.
  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@vatoto.live, clearly stating the reason for the request, along with proof of enrolment and attendance.
