Yes. Each course is carefully tailored to specific age groups. For example, Geeta Sparks is offered in three formats – for ages 4–6, 7–9, and 10+. We ensure that the language, stories, activities, and teaching approach are age-appropriate and engaging.

Yes. All students who complete a course with regular attendance and participation receive a digital certificate of completion. These serve as a valuable record of enrichment and can be shared on student portfolios.

Absolutely. Vatoto.live is designed for global access. We have students joining from the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, and beyond. Our scheduling team also accommodates global time zones where possible.

You can browse available programs on our website and register by filling out the enrolment form. Once we receive your interest, our team will contact you to confirm batch details and complete payment.

We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and international cards. For users outside India, we provide easy international payment links. All transactions are secured and compliant with relevant financial standards.

In select cases and for longer-duration courses, we may offer installment options. Please speak to our enrolment counselor to know if this is applicable to your chosen course.

Our refund and cancellation policy is detailed and transparent. Refunds are available for eligible one-on-one courses with over 24 sessions and must be requested within 30 days of enrolment. Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis minus applicable charges. Group classes are non-refundable, but we support batch/course transfers. Please read our full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For one-on-one sessions, we may offer one reschedule per month if informed in advance. For group classes, recordings or brief summaries may be shared, but live rescheduling is not always possible.

Yes, we offer flexibility to shift to a different batch or program, subject to availability and mutual discussion. In such cases, transfer is usually free if done within the same payment cycle.

We follow strict child safety protocols. All sessions are password-protected, and only verified users are allowed entry. Instructors are trained in safe digital conduct and monitored for compliance.
